Spooky season returns to Magic Kingdom in a big way for 2026. Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party will take place on select nights from August 7 through October 31, bringing family-friendly Halloween entertainment, trick-or-treating and special character encounters to Walt Disney World.
2026 party dates
Disney has announced 40 event nights: August 7, 11, 14, 18, 21, 23, 25, 28 and 30; September 1, 4, 8, 11, 13, 15, 18, 20, 22, 24, 25, 27 and 29; and October 1, 2, 4, 6, 8, 9, 13, 15, 16, 18, 22, 23, 25, 27, 29 and 31. The party is separately ticketed, so a regular daytime admission ticket does not include the event.

- Hocus Pocus Villain Spelltacular
- Disney’s Not-So-Spooky Spectacular fireworks
- Trick-or-treat trails, rare character greetings and attraction overlays
New food to watch for
Disney’s 2026 foodie guide introduces dishes such as Doom Buggy Dumplings and Skull-icious Cake alongside returning favorites including the Ursula Cone and Buffalo Chicken Hand Pie. Some items are available only during party hours, while others can be purchased during the regular park day.

Choose a Sunday or weekday date when possible, arrive before the official party start time if your ticket permits early entry, and prioritize party-exclusive entertainment before attractions. Halloween night and dates near school breaks may sell quickly. Costumes are welcome, but guests should review Disney’s current costume rules before packing.
